ARCOW project, coordinated by the GRVC-USE group, has been classified to the Final Stage of the European Robotics Challenges (EUROC). EUROC is a cascade-funding project from the UE FP7 ICT program that is structured in three Challenges. More than 30 teams started in the first Stage of Challenge3 (Plant Servicing and Inspection) and only two of them have been classified for the final StageIII.

The objective of ARCOW is to introduce aerial robots collaborating with humans in manufacturing processes in order to reduce their costs and making them more efficient. ARCOW involves 3 partners: GRVC-USE(ES), FADA-CATEC (ES) and AIRBUS D&S (ES).
